Our Story

California Community Management has been involved in the management of community associations in the North San Diego county area since 1987 and is a current and active Management Firm Council member with CACM.   California Community Management was established in 1978 and is owned and operated by Cary and Jan Weiler.     Mrs. Jan Weiler is a member of CACM (California Community Association Managers) and has been awarded the “Certified Community Association Manager” (CCAM) certificate and a Portfolio Management Specialty Certificate of that organization.   Mrs. Weiler has directed California Community Management since 1998 and has been responsible for the administration of all aspects of California Community Management.
